Payment Policy

Payment is due when you pick up your completed garment. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Turnaround Times

• Standard alterations: 3–7 business days
• Wedding dresses: 2–4 weeks (schedule early!)
• Urgent requests: Call us at (423) 752-0452 to discuss availability before dropping off

Times are estimates and may vary based on current workload. Every customer receives a specific timeline when they drop off their garment — and we honor it. To be fair to all our customers, we work in the order orders are received. If you have a hard deadline, please call us first so we can let you know if we can accommodate it.

Pickup Policy

Completed garments should be picked up within 30 days. We'll contact you when your order is ready. Items not picked up within 60 days may be donated or disposed of.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Once work has begun on your garment, we cannot offer refunds, but we may be able to adjust the scope of work.
